Order Fulfillment: Failure to complete payment will result in the order not being processed, and no items will be shipped.
3. Digital Product Delivery
Instant Delivery: Digital products, including software licenses and templates, are delivered instantly via email or chat.
License Validity: All digital licenses are genuine and valid for a lifetime. You may register products with your own email and username. Reinstallation support is included.
4. Shipping Policy for Physical Goods
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the Buyer.
Delivery Time: Physical products are typically delivered within 7 business days across India.
Shipping Insurance: If an item is lost or damaged during shipping, we will refund the total cost of the item, including shipping fees.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Return Request: To return a physical product, you must submit a request within 2 days of receiving the order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer returns or refunds for digital products once they have been delivered.
Refund Processing: Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 3 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
