  • Physical Products: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, no returns or refunds are accepted for digital downloads or licenses once they have been delivered.

2. Return Process for Physical Products

  • Initiating a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer support via email or phone within 2 days of receiving your product.
  • Product Condition: The returned physical product must be in its original condition, unused, and include all accessories and packaging materials.
  • Return Approval: Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Approval of Refund: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. No alternative payment methods will be accepted for refunds.

  • Shipping Time: Delivery of physical products takes approximately 7 business days across India.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.

5. Digital Product Delivery and Refunds

  • Instant Delivery: Digital products, including software keys and licenses, are delivered instantly via email with a download link.
  • No Refunds on Digital Products: All sales of digital products are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital content, including software licenses or templates, once they have been delivered.
